ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
JUDGINGThe judging period covers the 12 months until August 31, 2018. You will be notified by email if you are successfully shortlisted for an award/s by Tuesday, October 9 2017.The judges decision is final unless new information comes to light after judging, in which case a ruling may be made by the organisers in consultation with jurors. Where misleading information is supplied, regardless of intention, Mumbrella reserves the right to disqualify entries. The jurors reserve the right to re-allocate an entry into another category if they feel it has been entered into an inappropriate category.ENTRY DEADLINES AND FEESEntry is online for all categories unless otherwise stated, via the awards website. Please do not enter physical copies unless the category specifies that you must. All entry fees are non-refundable regardless of circumstance, including disqualification, withdrawal or the jury choosing not to shortlist.Entries will be accepted until midnight on Friday, August 31, 2018.$299 AUD + GST (per entry)Late entries will be accepted until midnight on Friday, September 7, 2018 and will incur an additional $100 fee for each entry. ENTRY INFORMATION AND SUPPORTING MATERIALSCare must be taken to credit collaborating partners in the entry. The jury may choose to exclude work which obfuscates or misrepresents the role of the submitting agency.
Work shortlisted in last year’s BEfest Awards cannot be entered this year unless an entry is an extension of, or refreshed version of, work submitted in previous years. In this instance, the entry must provide evidence that the project is materially different and achieved results attributable to this year’s entry, as distinct from the cumulative results from the previous years.
In the case of submissions made by agencies, all entries must have been created within the context of a commercial relationship with a client, (except in the case of not-for-profit organisations). The client must have been invoiced for the majority of costs incurred in the creation of the work.
Jurors will not vote on entries in which they have a direct interest.
The decision of the jury is final, except where new information comes to light after judging, in which case a ruling may be made by the organisers in consultation with jurors. Where misleading information is supplied, regardless of intention, we reserve the right to disqualify entries.
Information contained in the entry may be used in the voiceover at the awards presentation, in the winners’ brochure, or published elsewhere.
At least one representative for each submission must be available and attending the 2018 ENTERTAINMENT MARKETING AWARDS, to collect the winner’s trophy, if successful.
Should the entrant decide to withdraw work, the awards organisers must be notified in writing before the shortlist is announced. In the instance that work must be withdrawn, entry fees are non-refundable.
